No-Refund Policy and Termination Forfeiture

No-refund policy

Due to the digital, instantaneous, and proprietary nature of the resources provided by Greentick Trading LLC, all sales, including monthly and annual subscription payments and query credit allocations, are non-refundable upon the clearing of the transaction. Greentick Trading LLC operates under a strict NO-REFUND policy. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no refunds, prorated reimbursements, or credit rollovers will be issued for a cancellation, unused algorithmic query credits, periods of account inactivity, financial market losses, or subjective dissatisfaction with the Platform. Unused credits do not roll over between reset cycles or paid terms.

Subscription plans, credits, and cancellation

Subscriptions are offered on a recurring monthly or annual basis at the applicable subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month on the same calendar day (or on the last day of the month if that day does not exist in a given month), and annual subscriptions automatically renew each year. Monthly-plan query credits reset on each monthly renewal date, while annual-plan query credits reset on recurring thirty (30) day cycles during an active annual term. Any unused credits remaining at the end of a reset cycle or at the expiration of a paid term expire without rolling over or extending the subscription term.

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before your next renewal date, with no fees, through the self-service billing portal on your Account page or by emailing support@greenticktrading.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject line "Cancel Subscription." Cancellation stops future renewal charges; you retain access through the end of the current paid term and forfeit any unused query credits at the end of that term, as further described in Section 3 of the Terms of Use.

Termination for cause and payment disputes

Greentick Trading LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a user's account, with or without prior notice, if the user breaches any provision of the Terms of Use. Upon suspension or termination for cause due to the user's breach, all fees previously paid remain non-refundable, and the user immediately forfeits any remaining prepaid subscription time and unused query credits for the remainder of the then-current billing term without refund or prorated reimbursement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Account termination and current-term forfeiture are without prejudice to Greentick Trading LLC's right to seek actual, statutory, or equitable remedies for intellectual property infringement, scraping, or unauthorized redistribution.

If a user initiates a payment dispute or chargeback, Greentick Trading LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate account access during the dispute, contest the dispute by submitting records of policy acceptance, checkout disclosures, and Platform usage logs to its payment processor and the cardholder's issuing bank, and pursue recovery of any unpaid balances as permitted by law.
